Ive lost 38 pounds so far since I had my daughter which was in october, due to cutting the junk (mcdonalds mainly out) and controlling my portions. I also find snacking makes me gain whether its a donut or an apple, I eat when I'm hungry, that's it. Eating your food slower helps a lot too.
