If you're serious about losing weight, you'll be sure to incorporate healthy habits no matter where you are. I choose to make my office job the epicentre for losing weight. I have a large water bottle that I fill in the morning and again at lunch (=6 glasses of water), I have my vitamins and supplements on my desk to remind myself to take them, I have a chain of paperclips to visually remind myself of my goals (1 clip=1 lb and clips are removed from the chain).
For as much time as you spend at work, it is important to do what you can to make that environment weight loss friendly. If it's birthday time at the office either skip the cake and just sing a song or find a buddy who will share a small piece with you.
