With just 60 calories a tablespoon and zero flavor, these seeds provide invaluable health benefits. I have a tablespoon of these seeds daily. I put them in a smoothie, in wraps, or where ever. You can buy them at any health food store, sometimes in bulk, but otherwise in a bag.

    I agree! They are amazing to be so tiny. I let them soak in a glass of water and just drink them. They help keep me feeling full so I'm not snacking all the time!
