I love the iphone app. I am able to update my points throughout the day and do spark coach when I get home at night or in the morning with my coffee. I have made it a habit and look forward to setting a goal each day and getting that minimum amount of points for me. Very easy goals, but it feels great when I accomplish it. Yea me.

For Iphone users SparkPeople has a wonderful app. I tend to underestimate what I ate if I put it in after the fact so I like to log immediately. The iPhone App really helps me keep track and stay on track when I'm on the go. It even tracks fitness. Highly recommended to anyone with an iPhone
The best thing I have found was the iPhone app for the diet & food tracker, not to mention the Spark recipe app! Easy to track food as I go, and can do it immediately, rather than trying to write things down and remember to add to my tracker when I get on my computer!
There are lots of great productivity tools available as iPhone apps. One of my favorites is HomeRoutines. If you are a follower of the Flylady (and lots of people are) you will love this app. Helps establish routines for organization. Easy to use and has a built-in timer.
