When you feel you just gotta have it (whatever - cake, chips or my weakness cheese and wine), pop in an exercise DVD and really sweat the urge away. Or take your dog if you have one for a run outside. Drink water, water and more water. I flavor mine with Crystal Lite or the equivalent from the Dollar Tree. It makes drinking water easier and at 5 calories a serving, can't be beat. Ya'll hang in there.

If you have a hard time drinking water and don't find it satisfying because you're a little hungry try eating ice. It gives you the feeling of eating but it has no calories, and it helps you get to the 8 glasses a day. I like to use crushed ice so that it's not hard on my teeth to eat it. 274
Or you can let it ice melt with out actually chewing it...I think eating ice is bad for teeth but I love it and can't seem to stop :D
