Spark Coach challenged me to share a secret. I walk, do squats, knee raises, etc. while my son reads to me .He likes to read & this way I'm interacting with him & burning some cals at the same time. He thought it was odd at first, but doesn't blink an eye now. I also do this while watching some TV.
