I eat the recommended healthy plates with fruits and protein powder for snacks, totalling 1250 calories per day. Then I burn off about 400 calories, leaving a net calorie range of about 850. This routine makes me lose half a pound every two days, sometimes even a pound a day. 252

Instead of reaching for coffee I go my office to start with my spark coaching program, drink 16 ounces of clean water, do my planning and journaling for the day, then jump on my muscle machine and do 50 reps. I also do my prayers and devotional study. Takes me the same amount of time as making and waiting for coffee to brew. If I have time I make coffee but rarely need the jolt. 524
