I take a 1.5 litre bottle of fizzy water to work and as soon as I sit down I put it on my desk with a glass. Every time I have a cup of coffee I pour a glass of water. It's amazing how much more water I drink that way.
1.5 litre size is easier to pour, and a 6 pack is very cheap at Lidl.

It was made VERY obvious to me recently when I upped my water intake that that was just what I needed to get back on track with weight loss. I'd never noticed how important water could be until I made this change. If you find water boring, there are TONS of ways to make it more interesting! A quick internet search will give you ideas!
