Even though I'm huge, I won't let that get in my way. Walking was wasting my time. I wait til it's dark, put on running sneakers and head outside to jog. No, I can't go all that fast or far (yet), but it doesn't matter. I go until I am totally out of breath, face beat red and sweating! The metabolism boost was pretty much instantaneous. Try it! You'll see what I mean & it's also an instand mood-lifter!

We have long hallways at work, so when I have to go down one of them to go get something, I usually ended up running down them. Not only do I get what I need faster, but I burn just a little bit more calories running instead of walking!
In amongst all my daily chores as a busy wife, mother and self-employed person, I have a large dog that needs to be walked at least 2x a day. Simple - Post letters in letter box on way to fields then run instead of walk with the dog and 3 jobs get done in the time it takes to do 1!!!211
