For two years now I have been doing twenty four minutes of mild cardio on an elliptical trainer instead of getting into my car and going to McDonalds. As Im working my bod I honestly dont miss the greaseburgers. Think about it, years of foregoing a creature comfort and really helping my lungs, muscles and mind.
