I have been on a weight loss journey for 4 years. In that time, I have received "helpful" hints from folks...during that time, people have basically insulted me or disregarded all of the work I have done to lose all of the weight I have lost...In pursuit of my goals I always make sure to tell people to do what works for them...not what works for me...have faith, don't give up and be proud of who you are. Don't waste your time trying to be someone else.

Keep trying different types of exercises until you find something that you enjoy! You may also find that either you do better working out with other people or that you prefer going it alone. Everyone is different and the trick is finding what works best for you!
For me, I love working out with others and having it on my schedule! I also love Zumba!!!! It's an even better workout as an instructor!!!!!! As an instructor, I have to make it to class and I have to practice in between classes and I have to do my best at class! It's fantastic!!!!!
