I was feeling pretty stressed out from caring for my husband and moving into our house necessitated by my husband falling twelve feet and breaking his back. I was eating everything in sight, but a day of connecting with God and planning my schedule has really helped.

Going on a scrap retreat and worried about the bad food and alcohol that will be around. Planning on bringing my own food and staying away from the alcohol. We will see how it goes.
When I feel like retreating back to old habits... late night mindless eating.... I go to sparks people and review my nutrition tracker tool. It usually shows I am in my goal or slightly over so if I really want to be healthy I should forget about snacking!

I might have some herbal tea with honey. This usually relaxes me and is a low calorie alternative.
