To keep on moving is my secret. I didn't realize how much of a factor this really was until I started doing it. I briskly walk on a regular basis for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week and I truly believe that is what is helping me reach my goals along with healthier food choices.

  • Walking is the best way to lose, I believe. I also go to a Aerobic class twice a week and walk on at least 3 other days. Moving is important and sometimes just 10 minutes here and there can work too, if a busy day doing other things. Don't ever quit is my motto. We can do it! T emoticon hanks for sharing. - by IRISHEI
