After working on weight loss for a while, I finally realized that if I looked at my nutrition tracker and my activity trackers for the weeks when I had good weight losses, it was easy to find out what I did that really worked. I have found my personal plan for weight loss from doing this--and I have 9 weeks of consistent weight loss from following it.
MORE INFORMATION: This plan will look different for each of us--there are a couple of things in my plan that other people in my family don't much care for, but I am happy and it works for me. I also have night time eating in mine because I am happy having a night snack and it is part of my pattern.

I went back and printed out every calendar, looked at the trends, and saw what was working, what didn't ... ever since then, I've been so RAWR about all this :) This time it is so much different!!

Using the nutrition tracker is by far the best tool I've used to help me in my weight loss success!
I set a 2013 goal to use up items in my household that were taking up room, and if I can use them to help me/someone else, that is even better!
I am using yarn to make little girls' ponchos with a free Lion Brand pattern; I am using scraps of fabric to create potholders that will be parts of gifts during the year; I even looked at a deli-container as a possible "greenhouse" to begin plants or perhaps sow some lettuce soon.
each time you track a food make sure you clikc the my favorites key, overtime you will find foods that you normally eat. Then when you track the food for the day use the myfavorites, it is much faster than looking each food up each day.
