Since moving to a new town 3 months ago, I committed myself to trying one new thing everyday. Whether it be taking a different route while I'm running, trying a new recipe or visiting a new beach I haven't explored before. It can be as simple as trying a new stretch, meeting someone new or cooking with an unfamiliar vegetable. This keeps me motivated and looking forward to starting every day!

Just like trying a new food each week, why not try a new exercise each week. Maybe by trying something new, we might find something we otherwise never thought we would enjoy. Also, trying something new shakes up our metabolism & gets it moving again. Try it you might like it!!
This is a great idea to fit into any part of your life you are feeling has the "same old, same old" feel. Try a new exercise or activity if you're getting bored. Try a new fruit or veggie, or just a new recipe if your meals are feeling blah. You can even try something new on the motivational side!!
Keep up on Spark Articles, message board posts and member blogs. I always find something new to do, eat or read about! It gives me some great ideas to change things up, new goals to reach for and sometimes even new rewards to give myself. We're a creative bunch here, we are!!
