I have found that one area I was eating way to much was of cheese. We eat it on EVERYTHING and in much larger quantities then I thought. That is my 1st secret to someone who is looking to lose weight. Start to cut back and measure it out and you will see how much more cheese you eat then expected.

    I also started using sharp chedder instead of mild. You get a lot more flavor with a lot less cheese.

    Ditto that! I found I had to cut way back on cheese, too. emoticon
