I get up so early (5:30 am) that getting up even early during the work week seemed daunting. So, my five days starts on Saturday mornings! So two early mornings aren't really all that early. On the weekends, I can sleep in until 7 am and still get a good morning workout in. Once I started this...the exercise excuses disappeared!

Remember that being alone doesn't mean you have to be lonely. In fact taking time for yourself to be by yourself can be the best way to have a revelation, or become at one with yourself before you give yourself to someone else. Make sure you love yourself.
