I get up so early (5:30 am) that getting up even early during the work week seemed daunting. So, my five days starts on Saturday mornings! So two early mornings aren't really all that early. On the weekends, I can sleep in until 7 am and still get a good morning workout in. Once I started this...the exercise excuses disappeared! emoticon
