The best way to stay motivated is to love yourself. I know this is hard for many but it can be accomplished. Stop the negative self-talk now. When you catch yourself thinking or saying something negative about yourself, stop and make yourself say something you like about yourself. You can break this habit and create a more positive one in its place! You will find success when you truly take this journey for yourself.
Whenever I am doing Cardio (Walking or biking usually) and I am trying to really work hard and get past the muscle pain, I close my eyes and think about how I am going to look in a few months. How comfortable I will be in my skin, how I will look on the beach. This gets my mind off of the pain, and focused on my goals.
