Use Your Drive Time For Good

I have found myself holding in my stomach while I drive to work. I feel like I can use the time to strengthen my core stomach muscles and posture. I have to be there for 30 minutes...why not use the time for something productive?

    I do this at work at my desk, plus do some butt flexing...all small steps towards that goal, right!

    what exactly are kegals? I'm not sure I'm doing it right, and holding in my tummy while I sit for hours at my desk is great idea! don't have drive time, but I do work sitting on my tush! emoticon
