Celebrate every minute of your journey towards your goal!
Now that I've made a commitment to losing weight, I've started to love my body more than I ever have. Even though I can't see any tangible changes yet, I know that every single minute I am moving closer to my goal, and I know that I look and feel ever-so-slightly better than I did yesterday. I'm also much less likely to stress and complain about the things I dislike about my body, because I know that I'm doing something about them! Remember: If you can change your mind, you can change anything.
To make sure I don't change my mind about working out in the morning, I don't allow myself to hit the snooze button when the alarm sounds...if I don't get up then, I'll not only miss my workout I'll also be late for work (or other activity). To make sure I don't miss my PM workouts, I change my clothes as soon as I get in the house from work...no exceptions and no excuses.
