I think I gasped at the bill but was able to work out a payment plan so he could get all of his money in time.

When I am in a stressful situation, I stop what I am doing. Then I take several deep breaths. After that I Think of positive ways to deal with the problem. Then I choose one of those ways and change the problem to an action of success.
I find that by doing this I do not worry as much and can then get on with other matters. I feel better and so do others around me.
Many of the stressful situations we come across in your daily lives cannot be avoided or changed, but we can change how we respond to the stress. Try improving your way of dealing with stress or a stressful situation. Take a deep breath.
