I got off track because I hurt my shoulder. It bummed me out since I was so motivated to lose weight and stay focused. This shoulder has been an issue now for 2 weeks. I finally realized I have to move. It is not important that I do the same workout. Let my body heal and move forward. emoticon

    Yep... Two months on my shoulder but I realized walking doesn't hurt it and the other stuff can come back later! Good luck!!! emoticon
