French fries, donuts,& deep-fried foods should be avoided by anyone who has arthritis as it puts extra stress on the joints. Avoid bacon, trans fats~ such as fatty beef, pork, lamb, poultry skin, ice cream, butter, whole or 2 percent milk, regular cheese, bologna, salami, pepperoni,& sausage. Eat whole grains & stay away from starchy foods & simple sugar as they cause more inflammation, instead grab fruit. Green tea, fish oils, olive oil, cherries, oranges & ginger help. Vitamin C 2X per day!
Lower your triglycerides and cholesterol,Save your heart
The most important step to take is to lower your carbohydrate intake. Omega 3 fatty acids and Vitamin C, combined with a low carbohydrate diet, can dramatically reduce your triglyceride levels. Omega 3 fatty acids can help with cholesterol as well. Avoid butter, and sugar baked goods and high fat foods. Take 1,000 MG of Vitamin C 2X per day.
