I start out with at least 20grams of protein in the morning about a half hour after wakeing up. Throughout the day I eat lots of protein in fish, chicken, and nectar sweets protein drink along with my vegetables. I try to get at least 100grams of protein a day, this keeps me much more satisfied, plus increases my energy. I'me not as hungry either when I have extra protein. emoticon

MORE INFORMATION:
I've also been without anykind of wheat product for over a month now, I really helps to control hunger because wheat actually spikes your blood sugar. I've noticed since I've gone off wheat my blood pressure has gotten back to normal. emoticon Yea! I think this is something I can live with.

A friend of mine gave me this tip recently. I've found that having enough protein really helps keep my energy and mood up during the day. Not convinced yet that all wheat is bad - trying to be very conservative and eat only whole grains. But yes, 100 grams or more of protein a day has really made a difference.

Protein is what Im lacking the most. Maybe if I increase my intake, this will help my weight loss. Thanks for the great tip! emoticon
