Yup, Spark Coaches are free and easy!! I did the 2 week trial and the structure really keeps me moving. Now, I'm in my first 3 months for only $5 per month. Instead of flailing around on the site attempting to provide my own structure (but really just treading water), I now log into Spark Coach and it walks me through a good solid structure every day. I love the iphone app. I am able to update my points throughout the day and do spark coach when I get home at night or in the morning with my coffee. I have made it a habit and look forward to setting a goal each day and getting that minimum amount of points for me. Very easy goals, but it feels great when I accomplish it. Yea me. 347
