    It works. I've started doing it, too. Seems what I've written stays with me somewhere just below the surface of my conscious awareness. Must be like a kind of hypnotic suggestion.

    This has been my everyday savior. I write down my food and track it . I also keep track of my hunger levels. It helps along with journaling my exercise routines.
