You do not have to make sweet oatmeal in the mornings. This morning I had Bacon Egg and Cheese Oatmeal.
1/2 c Oatmeal
Pepper to taste
Microwave high 3-5 minutes ( watch because this boils over so quickly on me)
Add 1/2 TBSP Bacon
1/2 TBSP shredded cheese or feta ( I used Kraft shredded Queso Blanco this morning)
Let this sit to allow the oatmeal to thicken and stir it all together.
Approximately 300 calories and protein!
