Buy Meat At The Deli

I always buy the meat at the deli, not the packaged boxes. For eg. if I need 16.5 oz of chicken breast, I will ask the store helper to cut me a 16.5 oz portion instead of trying to look for a packaged box which almost always contains more than I need. That way, I do not add the few extra oz of meat to the dish.
