Every day I try to do something different on my Wii Fit. Aerobics one day...Balance the next and then a day of Yoga... But..Every day I try to do the free step to get in at least 100 steps. It makes me FEEL GOOD!! I KNOW that I am getting my heart beating and I am burning those calories!! YIPPE
It is easy to say you want to loose weight and easy to get on a healthy program, but you can also use some Visualization to get there as well, I have been trying to pitcher my self at my goal weight, and what I will be wearing.. I so want to get into a black sexy dress, so from time to time I keep visualizing my self in that black dress. and also what steps I need to do to get there
