Advantages over the gym... -team mates counting on you to be there (forfeit) -meet new people who are also healthy -potential for life long sport friends -connections for fun sport events word of month (obstacle runs) you can do together -feels great to be part of a group - Pick somthing FUN and it wont feel like ur heading to a workout...more a fun social event. -stress reliever
