    I keep bottles of water in the 'fridge at all times that I re-fill with tap water. I always add ice too. I don't go anywhere without a bottle of water. I really need it in Florida where it's so hot all the time. Water is free and the healthiest thing to drink. No calories and no artificial sweeteners that make me thirstier and hungrier. I love water !

    Consuming plenty of water is also not good for your health when you feel hungry....take glass of water for every 20 minutes and chewing sugarless gum also helps you to avoid hungry feeling!!
