I try to log into AP first thing in the morning, even if only to spin the wheel. Getting it in my head at the beginning of the day helps me to remember my goals all day long. I may not be 100% successful during the day, (who really is), but I find I am more mindful of my choices.

I log into Spark in the morning and spend only a few minutes on it (about 10) putting in my breakfast and lunch. When I come home from work is when I enter the balance of food info and then earn my spark points. This is when I get my motivation and help to motivate other people. I take the time, then, to reflect on how I'm feeling, how I did today, etc. I'm so worth it.
