Yes! Reading the bible every time you are hungry really satisfies the soul and it is food that will not make you put on the pounds! I have completely lost my hunger cravings since I have put reading the word first! Not a joke, try it! Takes time but after awhile you can go with out meals and not notice!

My husband like to study the Bible and his Sunday school lesson at the kitchen table. We have a small table that seats 4. He uses the study Bible , his regular Bible, a bible dictionary, a dictionary set that consists of two large dictionaries, a concordance and a couple of Sunday school books. To keep all of this in order I placed a small book case beside the table. It helps him to keep his material at hand, including pencils and writing material, leaving the table clutter free.149
