When making stews, curry meat and soups, stir in a Frozen 10 ounce Block of Cooked Squash for unusual delicious taste, and fiber. It blends right in to beef, turkey, lamb, pork, and chicken Stews, Tomato based anything, Curries, and Soups. What a delicious difference for hardly any calories!

    I've done this for years when I have had leftover squash. Never thought of freezing it though.The squash haters have yet to complain.

    love this idea, its so easy to keep frozen veggies and put them in things, I never thought of adding squash to things - especially good with fall here! Thanks
