Add zing and a bit of protein and calcium to any vegetable for 15-20 calories for an 1/8 cup (2 tablespoons).

Steamed vegetables are kind of a bore, but very convenient for a single meal or work. Fat Free Feta has more flavor than you'd expect for 10 calories per tablespoon. And it adds enough zing to make those veggies bright.
