When I weigh in for the week and the number on the scale isn't the one I wanted to see, I don't freak out over it, I don't beat myself up or decide to give up. Five things that I didn't like BEFORE I started eating and acting healthy and I remind myself that I'm happier than I've been in my life.

Every morning when I get ready for work or any day, I look at myself in the mirror after I take the shower robe off & say 'YES' & do some model moves because I know that I am losing weight/inches & looking good. It actually starts my day out GREAT! Give it a try. 204
Anytime I look at myself in the mirror and see something I don't like, then voice it out loud. I quickly apologize to myself and then say something extremely loving and positive. Forgive and move on. 30
