I've had a lifelong struggle with my weight. This time I decided I would do things I have never done before in my effort to lose weight, and win my battle for good. So far I'm down 50 pounds. What I've learned is that you have to keep recommitting, and reinventing your program so that you don't get tired of it. When it comes to working out you have to keep your body "surprised". Try adding a new challenge once a month. And try to add a new healthy food every time you go to the grocery store.
I constantly look up success stories. They help me to know that what I'm working towards is possible. I like to see what secrets other people have used to meet their weight loss goals. If I see something interesting, I will implement it into my plan.
