Focus on what you are adding, not what you are taking away
Focusing on the healthy lifestyle choices I am adding, such as drinking lots of water, eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, and getting daily exercise, helps keep me much more motivated than focusing on what I am taking away. My lifestyle is then not about deprivation but about making good choices for a healthier me.
For the slow losers it could be really hard to see the scale not moving because all focus is on weight loss and it made me miserable. But then I shifted my focus. My new focus areas includes consistent exercise, achieving new peaks during my exercises and I am feeling really in control. I am getting lot of compliments too for toning up and glowing skin.
