If you fill your daily thoughts with pure positive thinking despite all the negativity that may flow in your direction you will start to feel happier with your life. Start off your day with a reflection of gratefulness and set a goal such as 'today I will smile despite any stresses or difficulties that might come my way.' Tell someone how special they are or how beautiful they are. You never know how something so small can mean a whole lot to others.
One of my favorite Spark communications is the daily Healthy Reflections. In a few short paragraphs of inspiration and reflection on living life, I can always find some way to relate it to my own life or to someone I know. I often find myself forwarding these messages because they are so relevant.
