I have a hard time eating fruits and veggies, so I try to eat them first at each meal, before I fill up on carbs & protein. Or I'll have a piece of fruit while I'm cooking/preparing my main meal. Not only do I make sure I get my freggies, I usually end up eating less during the meal because I already have something in my tummy.

Eating lots of fruits and veggies has helped me control my appetite. Before, I rarely ate any freggies and I was always hungry. Now I eat lots of freggies and fill up more easily. It's also helped me learn the difference between "full" and "bloated."
If you slip on healthy eating or skip an exercise, don't throw in the towel! Instead, find a way to get back on track that very same day, or as early as the next morning. Plan a healthy breakfast. Plan a 15 minute cardio workout. Eat some Freggies. Don't let one slip keep you from making great choices the rest of the day!
I've been very cautious about making big changes once I reached my goal weight. Staying with SparkPeople is at the top of my list. I'm still drinking lots of water, eating 5-6 freggies a day, and exercising 250-300 minutes a week, as well as tracking food and staying in calorie range. No foods are off limits, but healthy eating and regular exercise got me here; I'm not regaining that 57 lbs! 9
