I have a hard time eating fruits and veggies, so I try to eat them first at each meal, before I fill up on carbs & protein. Or I'll have a piece of fruit while I'm cooking/preparing my main meal. Not only do I make sure I get my freggies, I usually end up eating less during the meal because I already have something in my tummy.

    Smart very smart I do notice if i fill up on stuff early i dont finish my veggies so great point

    Agreed

I've been eating about 12 servings of "freggies" for 4 days now. My very slow weight loss has sped up, and yet I feel "fuller" and more satisfied. No cravings for sweets because now I am eating more fruit. I have finally found what works for me!!
