    HI I QUIT 9 YEARS AND ONE MISTAKE I MADE WAS USING FOOD AS A COMFORT. DONT DO THAT I GAINED SOME MUCH WEIGHT. I WISH I WOULD HAVE JUST TAKEN A DEEP BREATH. NOW I HAVE 70 LBS TO LOSE AND MORE HEALTH PROBLEMS BEFORE I QUIT.

    If one gets addicted to smoking, it is very difficult to quit at one time itself but slowly by decreasing the number of cigarettes day by day, one can quit it.

Self motivation and others support is very important to quit!! I think so!!
