emoticon One thing that works for me is keeping an eye on the clock. If meals & workout times are kept consistent it will all fit into the day. Scheduling & compartmentalizing my day has brought with it consistency and a lot of success. I don't allow myself to while away time in front of the computer screen or watching something of interest on TV when it's time for a workout or when it's time to eat. Hope this might help you too.
