One thing that works for me is keeping an eye on the clock. If meals & workout times are kept consistent it will all fit into the day. Scheduling & compartmentalizing my day has brought with it consistency and a lot of success. I don't allow myself to while away time in front of the computer screen or watching something of interest on TV when it's time for a workout or when it's time to eat. Hope this might help you too.

When i want to stay positive, i list down all the things i would like to achieve, then i tick off the ones achieved. So when i feel stuck in the same place, i look back on the ticked ones, then i know am heading some where250
The secret is to first list the small goals, then the medium and lastly the highest. When you achieve the small, you get determination to stay positive and focused to achieve the highest!!!
Unless someone is allergic to soap, apply a glob of liquid soap to a cotton ball. Cover the tick with the soap-soaked cotton ball and swab it for a few seconds (15-20), the tick will come out on its own and be stuck to the cotton ball when you lift it away.
