I go to the farmers market and buy 6 special pieces of fruit each week. While I am working out, I find motivation in thinking about which piece I want and how good it will taste. While I am doing my cool down, I walk around and eat it. It has been working really well for me.

Write down a dozen or so small rewards for yourself and once a week pull a new reward to motivate yourself. If at the end of that week you've accomplished all of your workouts, reward yourself!!!! Feel free to make it a food goal or other goals instead of just workouts and get motivated.
I created a list of rewards for each 10 lb milestone. Each reward is better than the previous one. For example, my rewards are: Spark Goodie, new workout gear, dragon figurine, leather jacket, professional family photo, and a full spa day when I hit goal. My reward for my stretch goal is a Past, Present, and Future diamond ring. Now that's worth some time on the elliptical!
