I always wear my workout clothes to bed so that, in the morning, all I have to do is roll out of bed and into the gym. Additionally, it holds me accountable because I have to take off my workout clothes in order to get dressed for the day, and I don't want to take them off without having sweated them up first!

If I know I need to work out after work, instead of getting right into my pajamas, I put on my workout clothes as soon as I get home. I make dinner, clean the house, whatever needs doing in my workout clothes. Then I'm less likley to just plop down on the couch after chores are done.
