I always wear my workout clothes to bed so that, in the morning, all I have to do is roll out of bed and into the gym. If I know I need to work out after work, instead of getting right into my pajamas, I put on my workout clothes as soon as I get home. I make dinner, clean the house, whatever needs doing in my workout clothes. Then I'm less likley to just plop down on the couch after chores are done.
sometimes, I sleep in my workout clothes so I can't back out in the morning. I'm already in my clothes so no excuses and they don't like to go into the laundry basket without having a workout because I don't have that many and I don't have time to do laundry often enough. I think of it as a waste of workout clothes if I wear them to bed and not work out before I get out of them.
