I can not take credit for this idea, but I am using it. Every time you workout, whether it's a short walk, strength training, anything put a dollar in a jar. Set a goal for yourself 50$ or 100$ and then once you meet it treat yourself to a new outfit or something that will make you feel good.

    I LOVE this idea! My focus has been on my weight loss goal - and not rewarding myself for the activity I do to help achieve that goal. They DO go hand in hand, but the activity itself helps toward my total health and fitness, not all of which can be measured on the scale. Will start this TODAY!!
