This Sparked Me!

The best thing to keep myself from mindless snacking whether healthy food or very unhealthy food is to keep my mind and body busy. I write in a journal, I read a book, I exercise, I play with my kids, paint or draw, working on the house were rebuilding or simply yard work. But unless I'm busy, I eat when I'm not hungry.

    crocheting and reading help me to stay busy and not eat. I also do my walk away the pounds dvd.

    Last night I babysat for my 7 month old grandson and suddenly about 7pm realized I might need to eat. At home I would have been grazing at 5pm!
