Morning Oatmeal Is Waiting In The Fridge From The Night Before
Members Were Sparked
To save myself time in the morning I started to put my 1/3 C of oatmeal, banana, three frozen strawberries, 1 tsp ground flax, 1/3 C. low-fat milk, and 1/3 C water together the night before. Now I just throw it all in the microwave when I get back from the gym and it's a perfect temperature when I get out of the shower. I just throw on a big heaping tsp of cinnamon and I'm set until noon.

This may seem like a no brainer, but it saves me a ton of time. When I make my breakfast in the morning, I prepare two servings of oatmeal. I eat one and put the other in the fridge for the next morning. Saves me some time which I always seem to be short of as I am rushing to work in the morning
For fresh bread in the morning without too long a wait let it rise the night before, then leave it in the fridge overnight to stop the rising. Take it out in the morning and go on where you left off: it saves a lot of time.
It is easier to get up at 5 am to workout when I know that my workout partner is counting on me to be there, since she got up that early too. Some mornings are tough because of a long, late night, with a sick child, late night grocery runs, working my second job, etc., but "she is waiting on me."
