To save myself time in the morning I started to put my 1/3 C of oatmeal, banana, three frozen strawberries, 1 tsp ground flax, 1/3 C. low-fat milk, and 1/3 C water together the night before. Now I just throw it all in the microwave when I get back from the gym and it's a perfect temperature when I get out of the shower. I just throw on a big heaping tsp of cinnamon and I'm set until noon.
