Well, I mostly agree, but it has to be a glass of chocolate milk I made myself. I don't trust anyone else with my post-workout snack - they might sneak in unnecessary added sugars.

Interesting, No qualifiers though, Such % of Fat for one so hard to make informed decisions without a complete data set, will have to check up on entire article and see if questions are answered there. TYVM, Not question your post just require a little more to make an informed decision again TYVM

For intense chocolate urges, buy UNSWEETENED hot cocoa. Store brands such as Nestle or Swiss Miss = too weak/processed. Splurge for a high-quality brand: Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa is a lifesaver.
Add a dairy/non-dairy component and sweetener. Anything from Coffee-Mate to skim milk to milk powder to creamers. Just keep the total calories 200 and under. This completely erased my chocolate and food cravings all day.

Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa is just one of the many brands of hot cocoa that will work. You don't need to go on a witch hunt to find that specific one. Just make sure that your powder cocoa is 1) unsweetened 2) 100 % pure natural cocoa, and 3) unprocessed. The darker the chocolate, the better!
