New York Times Phys Ed columnist Gretchen Reynolds says The Ultimate Post-Workout Beverage: Use chocolate milk to replenish sugars after an intense workout. Reynolds calls it an "ideal recovery beverage" because it has the right ratio of carbs and proteins to aid your body's recovery process.

    emoticon Well, I mostly agree, but it has to be a glass of chocolate milk I made myself. I don't trust anyone else with my post-workout snack - they might sneak in unnecessary added sugars.

    Interesting, No qualifiers though, Such % of Fat for one so hard to make informed decisions without a complete data set, will have to check up on entire article and see if questions are answered there.
