I've have been really happy to find that I love to eat healthy foods that do not contain loads of sick stuff, like grass-fed beef and sodas made with natural sugar or some fruit juice. I also now really enjoy recipes that put the right amounts of ingredients where they belong like gnocchi, a blend of vegetables and flour, or mexican meals that use corn blended with beans, rice, vegetables, and cheese. This way my meal is healthier and tastes healthier.20
