I love Maple flakes. They taste great on my oatmeal. You can also add it to yogurt, sprinkle it on fresh fruit or berries. Add a small amount to sweeten cream or flavor your stir-fry. A small amount goes a long way.
The serving size is 2 teaspoons that are only 10 flavor pack calories. I rarely add more than a 1 teaspoon to my oatmeal.
Maple flakes are made from pure maple syrup.

Peel Garlic Flakes and measure.Add equal amounts of any preferred Vinegar and cook on low flame till all the Vinegar is absorbed by the Garlic Flakes and there is no liquid left in the pan.When cooled, bottle in a Glass Jar and store in the 'Fridge.Eat 2-3 Flakes daily--best early each morning.
