Walk/excersie, Even When You Don'T Want To- You Will Feel Better That You Did.

I have been going for a walk. Every day. No matter what. Not because I want to, but I know I need to and it is good for me. Also the pay off is not the burned calories or the additional weight loss. The pay off is how I feel about myself after. I can feel much better about myself, just because I did it. It sucks when I feel like being lazy, but after I am always glad I did!

I have found that just getting started with my walk or exercise routine is the best way to ensure I complete it. I tell myself I don't have to do the whole thing, just do 5 of the exercises, or just walk a few blocks, but once I get started, I always finish. And even if I am not feeling good and don't finish, doing a few or walking for 10 minutes is always is better than not doing anything.
Just ask. Call up your cable company and ask them if you qualify for their promotional rates. Every time I have asked they have been able to lower my bill by at least $20 a month for cable alone. (Extra savings if you bundle your services).
If you are willing to play hardball or to take your business elsewhere you can probably get rates even lower.
