I have been going for a walk. Every day. No matter what. Not because I want to, but I know I need to and it is good for me. Also the pay off is not the burned calories or the additional weight loss. The pay off is how I feel about myself after. I can feel much better about myself, just because I did it. It sucks when I feel like being lazy, but after I am always glad I did! emoticon
